Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BitLife.ai website and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you use the Services for a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
BitLife.ai provides business-facing tools that may include a public AI Visibility Audit, account-based profile creation and management, public AI Profiles, AI-powered assistants, embeddable website widgets, lead and usage insights, and private Opportunity research and outreach assistance. Features may change, be added, enter Early Access, or be discontinued over time.
The public AI Visibility Audit evaluates information available from a submitted website and related public sources. An audit may be available without an account. Creating, managing, or publishing an AI Profile and using owner-only tools may require authentication and may be subject to access or subscription requirements.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You must provide accurate account information, keep it current, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
You may use only accounts and business profiles that you are authorized to manage. You may not impersonate another person or organization or falsely claim authority, ownership, credentials, affiliations, endorsements, or results.
You retain ownership of content you submit, upload, link, approve, or otherwise make available through the Services ("Your Content"). You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide and use Your Content, including personal information, intellectual property, website material, and business claims.
You grant BitLife.ai and its service providers a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, publish, display, and transmit Your Content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Services you request. This license continues for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce these Terms. Public profile content may remain accessible through third-party caches or copies outside BitLife.ai's control after it is changed or removed.
You are responsible for reviewing generated drafts, profile facts, assistant configuration, watch settings, outreach text, and other output before approving, publishing, sending, or relying on it.
Information you publish to an AI Profile is public. Visitors may view it, interact with its assistant, follow its links, and use available contact options. Search engines, AI services, and other third parties may discover, index, quote, summarize, cache, or otherwise use public information under their own terms and policies. BitLife.ai does not control those third parties.
Opportunity watch settings, findings, reports, run history, and related owner workspace information are intended to remain private to the authenticated profile owner unless the owner chooses to disclose or send them. Private designation does not eliminate processing by service providers needed to operate the feature or disclosures required by law.
The Services use automated systems and may rely on third-party models, websites, search results, and other sources. AI-generated or research output can be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, duplicated, or inappropriate. It is provided for informational assistance and is not a guarantee of visibility, ranking, recommendation, lead quality, eligibility, award, acceptance, revenue, or any other result.
Opportunity findings are research leads, not professional, legal, financial, tax, medical, compliance, or eligibility advice. You must review official sources, confirm current requirements and deadlines, obtain appropriate professional advice, and independently decide whether and how to act. You are responsible for any communication or outreach you approve or send.

We may investigate suspected misuse and may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, BitLife.ai, service providers, or the public.
Some Services may be offered through Early Access without an active paid subscription. Early Access availability, features, limits, and duration may change or end at any time. Early Access does not promise that a feature will remain free, become generally available, or continue without modification.
Other Services or access modes may require a paid plan or subscription. When a purchase is offered, the price, billing interval, included features, renewal terms, and any applicable cancellation or refund terms presented at checkout become part of these Terms. You authorize the payment processor to charge the payment method you provide. Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, fees already charged are non-refundable. Taxes may apply.
We may change future pricing or plan features with notice appropriate to the circumstances. Ending a subscription does not automatically delete an account, profile, or content unless the Service specifically states otherwise.
The Services, Site code, design, software, branding, and content supplied by BitLife.ai or its licensors are protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, BitLife.ai grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Services for their intended business or personal purpose. No other rights are granted.
BitLife.ai and associated names, logos, and branding may not be used without prior written permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
The Services may interact with third-party authentication, payment, hosting, storage, communications, analytics, AI, search, and website services. Those services may have separate terms and privacy policies. BitLife.ai is not responsible for third-party websites, content, availability, decisions, or practices.
We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services. We do not guarantee continuous or error-free availability. You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material violation of these Terms, legal or security risk, nonpayment, or conduct that could harm the Services or others.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions concerning ownership, licenses needed for retained records, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related terms.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES AND ALL OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." BITLIFE.AI DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND RESULTS. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES A WARRANTY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BITLIFE.AI AND ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, AND REPRESENTATIVES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BITLIFE.AI'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID BITLIFE.AI TO USE THE SERVICES. THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BitLife.ai and its service providers, licensors, and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from Your Content, your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.
We may update these Terms as the Services or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised Terms and update the date above. When appropriate, we may provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms take effect means you accept them, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco, California for claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services. To the extent permitted by law, you and BitLife.ai waive any right to a jury trial.
If a provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without BitLife.ai's prior written consent; BitLife.ai may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or by operation of law. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement between you and BitLife.ai concerning the Services, except for additional terms presented for a particular feature or purchase.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. To the extent permitted by law, disputes arising from these Terms or the Services must be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND BITLIFE.AI WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
BitLife.ai is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, agency, or third-party-beneficiary relationship.
